A key part to the process of production of the Christmas decoration is hand painting. This is done using different methods along with decoration using various materials. After the production phases we then file off the glass tube and place a cap on to enable it to hang, we can then pack the baubles.
The range varies not only in size but also the shape of the baubles. We can blow shapes such as; bells, rockets, olives and peaks. Also with the use of moulds amongst many more we can shape hearts, cones and birds. Our production team is predominately female.
Of the Christmas decorations that we produce 95% are for export oriented in the EU countries, mostly Austria, Germany and Czech Republic, however our products are also exported to the USA. At present there is an interest for the production of Christmas decorations with a larger diameter along a snowy landscape or company logo hand painted onto them.
